This was a very special wedding, not just because of the love, the family or the fun. But from a photographers stand point everything was very lovely. Not only was it well organized but we had all the best lighitng, set ups and locations. I am happy to post some favorites from this great wedding. This past few weeks have been a whirl wind. We have been traveling, shooting, vacationing and working on our house. Between all of that I have been blessed with some of the best couples ever and some of the best weddings! I have to say that Kaytie and Shawn were a joy to work with. They were wonderfully in love and so funny with each other. We had so much fun shooting their wedding! Meadow Brook Hall was gorgeous and we had a ton of time for photos which is always a pleasure. Here are a few from Kaytie and Shawns special day!
It has been awhile since I last posted. Every year I say that I am going to slow down for the summer, shot less, work less, play more. Well it seams that I am working more, shooting more and playing more. All of this adds up to busy, busy, busy! So a few weekends back Mike and I traveled to Richmond Virgina and shot the beautiful wedding of Michele and Eric and had alot of fun in the proccess. Here is a big old blog post of favorite.
Virgina was just beautiful and we had such a great trip, both flights were awesome and the hotel and city were the funnest. We traveled along with Michele, Eric and family to some fun wine tasting and sight seeing and these are a few of the beautiful things we saw along the way.

We headed to the capital for a few shots of the wedding party and Michele and Eric. They were golden in front of the camera, the light was gorgeous and the day went without a hitch!

The best part about this wedding (photography speaking) is the lovely reception location! The Hanover Tavern was amazing and exactly my favorite type of party venue!
