Liz and Joels Ann Arbor Wedding
September 23, 2009This wedding was a labor of love, handmade fun everywhere with alot of unique additions to the day, which of course is super refershing! These two designed their invites, programs, decorations, etc. There are SO many awesome moments that it is going to be a very image heavy post. Congrats to Liz and Joel!!

Liz and Joel saw each other before the wedding, which is super nice for any photographer. 
Loved the bags they used for the rings, so cute!
The church was beautiful and SO great about us being able to walk around and use the space. You always have to check because some church’s won’t let the photographers move around at all during the ceremony.
After the wedding everyone walked to the reception. There was a guitar player and rose petals, very cool.
The reception took place at the Ann Arbor Farmer’s Market and the awesome EVE restaurant catered the event.

Even though it rained for a little while, it was worth it for the beautiful rainbow!
For those of you who don’t know, the farmers market and Eve are located right around Kerry Town in Ann Arbor. Love it!

September 22, 2009I don’t shoot many senior work, but when I do I really LOVE it! It is so nice to have hours to work and total control over the day. Such a different tone from weddings and alot of creative control and clothing changes (which I love). So here are a few from one of my lovely seniors this year. She was awesome!

September 14, 2009I couldn’t have been happier to take these two’s photos (just for fun). They were so cute and very much in love and even though Brandon would rather be behind the camera than in front of it he actually did a great job after the first few attempts to warm up to the camera. They changed outfits 3 times and here are some samples of their photos and what they wore.
Preschool for my little guy!
September 11, 2009Delilah is 10 months old and Parker is heading to preschool! Where does the time go? I can’t believe how fast they are growing up. 
Parker started preschool on Wednesday and while he had no problem what so ever, I on the other hand felt a bit lost. I walked around aimlessly cause I wasn’t ready to leave him for the next 13-17 years of his life in the hands of teachers, and school bells, bullies, friends, enemy’s, etc. etc. It is all so strange for me. But I know he is perfectly capable, likable, friendly and funny. He will have a good time, even when I am freaking out!
